We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their products. If a customer has received a faulty or damaged product, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. To return a faulty or damaged product, we ask the customer to contact us by email and send us a photo of the faulty product before sending the product back to us. 

We will then send the customer a replacement product once we have received the faulty product.

Shipping costs

Shipping to Germany and Austria costs a flat rate of €8.90 incl. VAT. Orders with an order value of at least 100 € are free of shipping costs within Germany.

Delivery time 

The delivery time is usually 5-7 working days. Your order will be packed by us within 48 hours and handed over to DHL the following day. If delivery takes longer than 7 working days, please contact us - we will take care of it immediately.
